Sign up easily online or in person. Choose your membership tier, complete payment, and get access right away (or starting on your preferred date).
We have monthly rolling, 6- and 12-month terms, joint memberships (for two), off-peak options, senior, and blue-light discounts. There are also non contract options available in person.
Off-peak members can access the gym Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 2 pm.
Personal training is not included in all tiers. Some plans include a starter session, others offer discounted rates, and you can always add PT sessions.
Yes, members can freeze or suspend with 10 days’ notice. Freezing is possible for 3 months in a year under certain conditions (health, travel, etc.).
We give notice in advance and provide alternative access where possible (e.g. partner gyms, extended hours) or prorated credits.
